甘草酸单铵盐对微波辐射大鼠血液损伤防护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨预先给予甘草酸单铵盐对微波辐射致大鼠血液损伤的保护作用。方法大鼠随机分为5组,即正常组、辐射对照组、甘草酸单铵盐低剂量组(5mg·kg^-1)、甘草酸单铵盐中剂量组(15mg·kg^-1)、甘草酸单铵盐高剂量组(25mg·kg^-1),给药组大鼠在照射前连续5d腹腔注射不同剂量甘草酸单铵盐。实验动物动物于照射后3h,6h、24h、7d后完成检测。结果血象结果显示,微波辐射后3h辐射组白细胞(WBC)显著升高,随即恢复至正常水平。15、25mg·kg^-1甘草酸单铵盐可以使WBC有不同程度的降低。微波辐射可致大鼠外周血血小板(PLT)降低,甘草酸单铵盐各剂量组均可使PLT升高。微波辐射可使大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)降低,5、15mg·k^-1甘草酸单铵盐可使SOD显著升高。结论甘草酸单铵盐对微波辐射造成的机体功能失衡有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与清除自由基、提高机体抗氧化能力有关。

Experimental Research of Glycyrrhizinic Acid Monoammonium Salt in the Protective Effect on Blood Damage Induced by Microwave Radiation in the Rats

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of blood damage induced by microwave radiation in the rats by the pre - treatment of glycyrrhizinic acid monoammonium salt (GAMS). Methods The rats were randomized into 5 groups, a normal group, a radiation control group, a low - dose GAMS ( 5 mg·kg^-1) group, a middledose GAMS( 15mg·kg^-1)group and a high- dose GAMS(25 mg·kg^-1) group. Before radiation, the intraperitoneal injection of GAMS at different doses was given continuously for 5 days in medication groups. The detection was given in 3 h,6 h,24 h and 7 d after radiation in animal experiment. Resuits Blood test results indicated that WBC was increased significantly in 3 h of microwave radiation in the radiation group and was recovered to be normal quickly. GAMS at 15mg·kg^-1 and 25 mg·kg^-1 reduced WBC level to different extents. Microwave radiation reduced PLT level in the rats. GAMS at different doses increased PLT in each dose group. Microwave radiation reduced SOD level in the rats. GAMS at 5mg·kg^-1 and 15 mg·kg^-1 increased SOD significantly. Conclusion GAMS protects the imbalance of body function induced by microwave radiation and the mechanism is possibly relevant with the ability of free radical clearance and antioxidant improvement in the body.
