儿童白血病并发急性阑尾炎的治疗分析（附13例报告）

目的探讨儿童急性白血病并发急性阑尾炎的治疗方法及手术时机。方法回顾分析我院1990年1月至2008年1月治疗的13例儿童急性自血病并发急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果13例患者中，急诊手术4例，择期手术7例，保守治疗2例。本组死亡1例，治愈10例，非手术治愈2例。结论白血病儿童并发急性阑尾炎，多应手术治疗，若无穿孔、弥漫性腹膜炎、肠梗阻等紧急情况，首选择期手术。患儿手术危险性较高．故围手术期应采用积极措施。

The therapeutic analysis of childhood leukemia complicated by acute appendicitis (A report of 13 cases)

Objective To explore the therapeutic methods and operative timing in childhood leukemia complicated by acute appendicitis, Methods From January 1990 to January 2008, 13 cases of childhood with leukemia complicated by acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results 11 cases underwent appendectomy,including 4 cases of emergency operation and 7 cases of selective operation. Among them, 1 case died and 10 cases were cured. Another 2 cases wrere cured by conservative therapy. Conclusion Most cases of leukemia complicated by acute appendicitis in childhood should undergo operative therapy, and selective appendectomy is preferred if there is no critical condition such as appendicular perforation, diffuse peritonitis and intestinal obstruction, etc. Because of higher risk of these patients, active measures should be taken during perioperative period.
