泮托拉唑与鳓唑治疗消化道溃疡并出血的疗效观察

目的研究消化性溃疡合并出血（PUB）的患者运用泮托拉唑及奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取2010年8月-2012年8月间在我院进行诊治的212例PUB的患者，将其随机分为两组。观察组的120例患者运用泮托拉唑进行治疗；对照组的92例患者运用奥美拉唑进行治疗。比较两组惠者的各项生命体征以及出血量变化情况。结果通过对本文所选的患者进行治疗后，观察组的患者中，有112例经3d治疗止血，8例经5d治疗止血，未见有治疗超过5d的患者，止血总有效率为93．33％；对照组的患者中，有86例经3d治疗止血，6例经5d治疗止血，未见有治疗超过5d的患者，止血总有效率为93．48％；两组患者的临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组患者均未见不良反应出现。结论PUB的患者运用泮托拉唑治疗和运用奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果基本一致，患者出现的不良反应少，是可以在临床广泛应用的安全、有效的药物。

Comparative analysis of curative effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer and bleeding

Objective on patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in patients with clinical effect ofpantoprazole and omeprazole treatment. Methods in our hospital from 2010 August to choose treatment were -2012 year in August 212 cases of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage patients, which were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 120 patients using pantoprazole treatment; 92 patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole; compared two groups of patients with various life signs and the amount of bleeding changes. Results the treatment in the patients selected for this paper, the observation group of patients, 112 cases had bleeding after 3 days treatment, 10 cases after 5 days of treatment in patients with bleeding, there is no treatment for more than 5 days, bleeding the total efficiency of 93.33%; control group, 86 cases in 3 days treatment of hemostasis, 6 cases after 5 days of treatment in patients with bleeding, there is no treatment for more than 5 days, bleeding the total efficiency of 93.48%; two groups were compared the clinical curative effect, no significant difference, no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, two patients had no adverse reaction. Conclusion the clinical effect of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage in patients with pantoprazole and omeprazole treatment is basically the same, with less adverse reactions, can be widely used in clinical safe, effective drug.
