摘 要: | 目的分析血清脂联素及胱抑素C在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法选取糖尿病患者组85例作为观察对象,并根据尿蛋白排泄率分为三组:正常蛋白尿组,微量蛋白尿组及临床蛋白尿组,同时选择健康体检者30例作为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清脂联素水平,免疫比浊法检测血清胱抑素。结果糖尿病组血清脂联素及胱抑素水平明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),而随尿蛋白排泄率的增加,血清脂联素及胱抑素水平逐渐增高(P〈0.05),且血清脂联素与胱抑素呈正相关关系(r=0.652,P〈0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血清APN水平的升高预示肾功能的减退,可用于糖尿病肾病的早期诊断。

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of adiponectin and cystatin C on early diagnosis for renal impairment in diabetes. Methods A total of 85 diabetic patients were divided into normal albuminuria group, micro- albuminuria group and macro- albuminuria group according to urine albumin excretion rate in 24 hours. 30 health subjects were enrolled as controls. The serum levels of adiponectin and cys- tatin C were detected by ELISA kit. Results The serum levels of adiponectin and cystatin C in diabetic patients were obviously lower than that in the controls(P〈0.05). For diabetic patients, the serum levels of adiponectin and cystatin C in macro- albuminuria group were significantly higher than in mi- cro- albuminuria group (P 〈 0. 05). and they were also significantly higher in micro- albuminura group then that in normal albuminura group(P〈0.05). The serum level of adiponectin in diabetic pa- tients was positively correlated with the serum levels of cystatin C(r = 0. 652,P〈0.05). Conclusion In diabetic patients, the elevated serum levels of adiponectin indicates the decline of renal function. It can be used for the early diagnosis and estimation of diabetic nephropathy. |
