广州市越秀区幼儿园学龄前儿童生长发育与营养状况抽样调查

摘    要:目的评价广州市越秀区学龄前儿童的生长发育状况及膳食营养情况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取越秀区公立和集体幼儿园4所共984名3~6岁儿童,测量身高、体重,以WHO儿童生长发育标准参考值作为评价标准。采用离差法进行营养评价,高铁血红蛋白法测定血红蛋白含量。结果儿童生长迟缓率为0.91%,低体重率为0.41%,消瘦率为0.71%,超重率为5.39%,肥胖率为1.93%,贫血发生率较低,公立和私立幼儿园儿童体格发育情况无显著性差异。结论广州市城区集体幼儿园(所)3~6岁儿童的生长发育状况良好,但超重率和肥胖率较高,应引起重视。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the growth and nutritional status of preschool children in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou. METHODS We measured height and weight of 984 children at the age of 3 to 6 who selected from four public or private kindergartens by using stratified and cluster random sampling method. We use Deviation method to access the nutritional status, Cyanmethemoglobin method to determine the hemoglobin iron content in hemoglobin. RESULTS The proportions of growth retardation, low birth weight, weight loss, overweight, obesity in preschool children were 0.91%, 0.41%, 0.71%, 5.39%and 1.93%, respectively. The incidence of anemia is low, and the physical development was not statistically significantly between public and private kindergartens. CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to the high rate of overweight and obesity children, though the growth and development of the preschool children in Yuexiu is in good condition. Meanwhile, it indicates nutrition intervention program and other intervention measure is essential.
