肝肠吻合治疗肝胆管结石并狭窄85例远期疗效的观察

作者对肝肠吻合术治疗肝胆管结石并狭窄的85例病人进行了3～16年的随访调查。结果提示：在肝肠吻合的4种术式中，间位空肠胆管十二指肠吻合术远期疗效最好，肝管空肠端端吻合术远期疗效较差。并结合本组病例对复杂的肝胆管结石井狭窄病人的本前诊断，本式选择及术中对病变的处理，术后再发结石的防治进行了讨沦。

Late results of hepaticojejunostomy for treatment of hepa-tolithiasis accompanied with dual stricture: A report of 85 cases

The author has followed up 85 cases of hepatolithiasis accompanied withdual stricture by treatment of hepaticojejunostomy for 3-16 years. The resultsshowed that jejunal interposition choledochoduodenostomy yielded the most long-term results and end-to-end hepaticojejunostomy was the worst in the four differenttypes of hepaticojejunostomy. The pre-operative diagnosis, choice of different oper-ation procedures, treatment during operation and prevention of postoperative stonereformation on the patients with hepatolithiasis accompanied with dual stricturewere also discussed.
