藻酸双酯钠与丹参或山莨菪碱加维生素K_1治疗急性乙型肝炎的比较

目的：探索藻酸双酯钠（ＰＳＳ）治疗急性乙型肝炎的疗效，并与丹参或山莨菪碱加维生素Ｋ１作比较。方法：Ａ组５６例（男性４４例，女性１２例；年龄３３±ｓ１３ａ）用ＰＳＳ０．１ｇ。Ｂ组５４例（男性４１例，女性１３例；年龄３２±１１ａ）用复方丹参２０ｍＬ。Ｃ组５４例（男性４３例，女性１１例，年龄２９±１３ａ）用氢溴酸山莨菪碱４０ｍｇ加维生素Ｋ１３０ｍｇ。３组药物均分别溶于１０％葡萄糖液５００ｍＬ中静脉滴注，ｑｄ，疗程均为７￣１０ｄ。结果：Ａ组血液粘度、血细胞聚集指数、微循环滞留时间、血栓形成系数均较治疗前明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）；丙氨酸转氨酶和血清胆红素恢复正常天数均快于Ａ和Ｂ２组。结论：ＰＳＳ不仅有显著改善微循环作用，且降低转氨酶、消退黄疸疗效优于Ｂ，Ｃ２组。

Polysaccharide sulfate vs Salvia miltiorrhiza or anisodamine plus phytomenadione in treating acute hepatitis B

AIM : To observe the efficacy of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS)in treating acute hepatitis B in comparison with salvia miltiorrhiza or anisodamine + phytomenadione.METHODS: Patients (n=164) with acute hepatitis B were randomly divided into 3 groups: (A) 56 patients (M 44, F 12; age 33±s 13 a)were treated with PSS 0.1g in 10% glucose 500 mL, iv,drip, qd. (B) 54 patients (M 41, F 13; age 32 ± 11 a) with Salvia miltiorrhiza 20 mL in 10%glucose 500 mL, iv, drip, qd. (c )54 patients (M 43, F 11; age 29 ± 13 a) with anisodamine 40mg + phytomenadione (Vit K1) 30 mg in 10% glucose 500 mL, iv, drip, qd. The therapeutic course was 7-10 d. RESULTS: After the usage of PSS, the blood viscosity, the aggregation index of blood cells, the stagnant time of microcirculation and the thrombosis index were reduced markedly (P< 0. 01). The time required to lower serum alanine transaminase and serum bilirubin to the normal levels was shorter than those in group B and group C.CONCLUSION: PSS was better than Salvia miltiorrhiza or anisodamine + phytomenadione in treating acute hepatitis B.
