卵巢粘液性肿瘤中CEA及P53蛋白的表达

目的：观察 Ｃ Ｅ Ａ 及 Ｐ５３ 蛋白在１６２ 例卵巢粘液性肿瘤中表达状况。方法：应用免疫组化方法检测６２ 例良性肿瘤，５８ 例临界性腺瘤，４２ 例恶性肿瘤中 Ｃ Ｅ Ａ 及 Ｐ５３ 蛋白的表达。结果：６２ 例良性肿瘤中， Ｃ Ｅ Ａ 阳性者６ 例（９ ．６８ ％ ） ， Ｐ５３ 全部阴性；５８ 例临界性腺瘤中， Ｃ Ｅ Ａ 阳性者５４ 例（９３ ．１ ％ ） ， Ｐ５３ 阳性者１０ 例（１７ ．２４ ％ ） ；４２ 例恶性肿瘤中， Ｃ Ｅ Ａ 阳性者４０ 例（９５ ．２３ ％ ） ， Ｐ５３ 阳性者２３例（５４ ．７６ ％ ） 。分别与良性肿瘤间经χ２ 检验，除临界性肿瘤 Ｐ５３ 阳性标记 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０２５ 外，余均 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１ ，差异非常显著。结论：部分临界性肿瘤应属恶性，且 Ｃ Ｅ Ａ 阳性标记者易发生种植及转移。在卵巢粘液性肿瘤由良性向恶性转化过程中， Ｐ５３ 蛋白的表达，提示了 Ｐ５３ 基因突变参与了这一转化过程。

The expression of CEA and P53 in mucinous neoplasms of ovary

Purpose:To investigate the expression of CEA and P 53 in mucinous neoplasms of ovary.Methods:Specimens of 162 mucinous neoplasms of ovary were examined by immunohistochemic method.Results:The positive staining of CEA and P 53 were 6/62,0/62,54/58 and 10/58 respectively in 62 benign tumors and 58 borderline lesions,but they were 40/42 and 23/42 in malignant tumors.Comparing the results of CEA and P 53 staining,there were significant differences between benign tumor and borderline lesions (except P 53 ) and between benign tumor and malignant tumor ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Partial borderline lesions show malignant behavior and the lesions with CEA positive staining have more tendencies of implantation and metastasis.The expression of P 53 gene suggests that its mutation is associated with the malignant transformation in ovarian mucinous neoplasms.
