术后应用皮下PCA镇痛的临床效果观察

目的 观察术后应用皮下PCA镇痛的临床效果，寻找较为可靠方便的镇痛方法。方法 将200例硬外麻下行剖腹中大手术后0～1天病人分为两组，单数组为应用组，术毕即应用皮下PCA；双数组为时照组，术后根据疼痛情况给予间断肌注度冷丁。效果评价：于术后第一个24小时评价患者疼痛程度，入睡情况，早期活动配合程度。结果 应用组与时照组相比较止痛效果更显著，更易入睡，早期活动更能积极配合。结论 皮下PCA镇痛效果较完全。

The Observation for clinical Effect of Applying the Hypodermic PCA to Control the Pain after Operation

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of hypodermic PCA, and identify the efficacious treatment to relieve pain. Methods 200 patients who experienced middle or large abdominal operation with epidural anesthesia were enlisted in the research. The observation lasted 24h since their operations were finished. All the patients were divided into 2 groups. Everyone was given an integer ranging from 1 to 200 in turn. Ones with odd number were grouped into experimental group, and treated with hypodermic PCA after operation. The others with even number were enrolled into control group, and given pethidine discontinuously according to the degree of pain . In the first 24h after the operations, the pantients, degree of pain, the state of sleeping and the response to early movement were evaluated. Results The patients in the experiment group had less pain, slept more easily and responded more actively to early moment. When comparison was made in the results, the difference between the twe groups was significant statistically. Conclusions Hypodermic PCA has better analgesic effect than the traditional methods.
