| 磁共振顺磁造影对脑转移瘤的诊断价值 |

| 摘 要： | 目的：总结磁共振造影在脑转移瘤诊断中的重要价值。方法；脑转移瘤30例，均经病理或临床证实，全部病例均做了磁共振造影检查。使用0．5T超导MR仪，做常规平扫和造影扫描。结果：脑转移灶单发14例，多发16例，其中发生在幕上24例，幕下6例，兼有2例。病灶最大径为2～7cm，平均为2．8cm。发现病灶数：T1WI44个，T2WI54个，顺磁造影124个。结论：顺磁造影发现的脑转移病灶明显多于非增强MRI，并且能分清病灶与瘤周水肿的界限，从而明确其发生部位、形态、大小与数目。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize important value of contract enhansment MRI for cerebral metastasis.Methods:Thirty cases of cerebral metastases were demonstrated by pathology and clinical diagnosis. The contrast elhacement MRI were taken in all of those cases,the 0. 5T superior conduction MR equipment being usedin this Study. Results:There were simple metastases in 14 cases and multiple metastases in 16 cases. The largestdiameter was 2 mm to 7 cm,averaging 2. 8 cm. The appearallce of turnour was 44 tumours by T1WI, 54 tumours by T2WI, 124 tumors by contrast enhancement MRI. conclusion:Contrast enhancement MRI is superiorto non contrast MRI and have high value in diagnosos of the surrounding edema,Position,shape,size and numberof the tumors. |
