不同卧床时间对心脏起搏器植入术后患者功能恢复的影响

目的探讨不同卧床时间对心脏起搏器植入术后患者功能恢复的影响.方法将146例行心脏起搏嚣植入术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各73例,对照组术后常规卧床72 h,观察组术后卧床12 h,比较两组患者术后起搏器功能、并发症发生率、拆线时间及术后住院时间.结果观察组起搏器起搏功能感知障碍发生率为5.5%,对照组为8.2%,两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);拆线时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论缩短卧床时间对患者术后起搏器功能无影响,可提高患者术后舒适度,减少并发症的发生,有利于伤口愈合、降低感染率、缩短住院时间.

Effect of Different Durations of Bed Rest on Function in Patients Undergoing Implantation of Pacemakers

Objective To discuss the effect of different durations of bed rest on function in patients undergoing implantation of pacemakers.Methods One hundred and forty-six patients were divided into two groups randomly.In control group,the time of bed rest was 72 h,but in observation group,the time was limited to 12 h.The function of(pacema-)ker,incidence of complications and average time of taking out stitches and hospital stay were observed.Results The function of pacemaker showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications(such as lumbodorsalgia,inappetence,constipation,ect) in the observation group was significant less than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the average time of taking out stitches and hospital stay were also less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shortening the time of bed rest had no effect on function of pacemaker,but could make for the comfort of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications,and could do good to the concrescence of incision and decrease the hospital stay.
