| 摘 要： | 目的：分析应用动力髋螺钉（Dynamic Hip Screw，DHS）内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：对我院自2001～2004年间应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折42例患者的疗效进行回顾性分析。随访时间2～30个月。结果：所有病例术后均愈合良好，无髋内翻、下肢外旋及短缩畸形，患髋关节功能优良率达95．2％。结论：DHS内固定疗效肯定，是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the curative effects of DHS internal fixation in treating intertrochanteric fractures.Method:To assess the post-operative treatment and curative effects of 42 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated with DHS internal fixation in our hospital from 2001 to 2004.The follow-up period was from two months to thirty months.Results:The curative effects are definite since all cases being followed up,all fractures get healed and no coxa vara no external rotation or shortening deformity of the lower limbs was found.The excellent rate of joint function was 95.2 %.Conclusion:Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with DHS internal fixation is an ideal method. |
