| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿肘正中静脉取血的可行性,提供更多取血途径,减少患儿痛苦。方法选择2007~2009年住院及门诊需取血化验的新生儿457例,进行肘正中静脉采血后观察穿刺成功率、皮下淤血发生率及家长满意率。结果肘正中静脉采血穿刺成功率92.1%,淤血发生率0.65%,家长满意率95%。结论肘正中静脉可以作为新生儿采血部位之一。
