Study of Atorvastatin Combination with Trimetazidine Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris Effect and Safety

Objective To investigate atorvastatin combination with trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina pectoris the effect and safety.Methods 90 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 44 cases and 46 cases.The control group was given nitrates,calcium channel blockers,βRBs and other conventional therapy,treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy with trimetazidine 60 mg/d,3 times orally,atorvastatin 10 mg/d,orally before going to sleep for 8 weeks.Observed two groups before and after treatment of angina symptom control and blood lipid changes in the situation.Results After treatment,the serum LDL-C,TC level decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05,significant difference).The efficacy of the treatment group in the total effective rate was 93.4%,in the control group,the total effective rate was 70.4%.the treatment group was significantly higher,(P<0.05,significant difference).6 months after the end of treatment follow-treated patients found that the incidence of cardiovascular events was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05,significant difference).Conclusion Atorvastatin combination with trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina pectoris,angina could reduce the frequency and time of occurrence,improve blood lipid levels,a significant effect,adverse reactions.
