| 摘 要： | 目的 研究碘伏阴道冲洗治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效.方法 将我院200例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为两组.观察组100例,碘伏冲洗阴道并配合咪康唑栓阴道上药;对照组100例,只给予咪康唑栓阴道上药.结果 观察组总有效率99%,对照组总有效率93%.观察组与对照组比较其疗效有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 碘伏...

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects of the treatment for vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) by iodophor vaginal washing.Methods 200 women suffering from VVC in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.100 cases in the observation group were swabbed vagina with iodophors and inserted miconazole suppository.The other 100 cases in the control group were only given inserted miconazole suppository into vagina.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 99%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 93%.The clinical effects of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Iodophor vaginal washing is an effective treatment to VVC. |
