影响鼻内镜鼻窦手术疗效的相关因素分析

目的探讨影响鼻内镜鼻窦手术疗效的相关的原因.方法68例(132侧)慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者均进行鼻内镜手术,术后随访1年,综合分析围手术期用药、病程、疾病分期、术后定期或不定期复查因素对疗效的影响.结果68例(132侧)患者术后随访1年,治愈58例,显效8例,无效2例,总有效率97.1%.影响疗效最大原因是术后是否定期复查及疾病分期.结论术后定期复查与处理是保证鼻内镜手术疗效的重要措施,疾病分期与围手术期用药对手术疗效有明显影响.

An anaiysis on the associated factors the therapeutic effects of endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To explore the associated factors affecting the therapeutic effects of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). Methods 68 cases with chronic sinusitis and or nasal polyps were included in this study. They were all treated by ESS. Then,a retrospective study was carried out among them to surve the relationship between their outcome of treatment and the possibly associated factors including age, ill course, clinical staging and regular or irregular check-up following ESS. Results By the end ffollowing up of the first year after ESS. 58 cases were cured,8 were significangly effective and 2 ineffective,with a total effective rate of 85.29%. Based on the surrey on these associated factors,the most important ones responsible for the out come of treatment were regular or irregular checking-up following ESS and staging of the lesion itself before ESS given. Conclusions Regular checking-up following ESS is the most important measure to an ideal outcome of ESS. Furthermore, the staging of lesion before ESS and the medication of perioperating period are also significantly associated with the therapeutic effects of this therapy.
