摘    要:目的 :在肾脏缺血预处理的动物模型中 ,探讨缺血预处理对肾脏保护作用的机制。方法 :比较研究缺血预处理组 (IP)、缺血再灌注组 (I R)、预处理后缺血再灌注组 (IP +I R)和对照组家兔血液中一氧化氮 (NO)、肌酐 (Cr)浓度及肾脏超微结构的变化。结果 :在IP和IP +I R组血液中NO浓度明显高于对照组和I R组 ,与肾功能及组织学变化一致。结论 :NO参与了缺血预处理过程 ,其下降与缺血再灌注肾功能损害有关 ,NO是参与IP机制的重要因素之一 ,提高肾内NO水平可以改善缺血性肾功能

Abstract:Objective To investigate the machenism of the protective effects of renal preconditioning on ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Thirty six rabbits were divided into the ischemia reperfusion group (I/R group), ischemic preconditioning group (IP group), IP after ischemic reperfusion group (IP+I/R) group and control group. The levels of nitric oxide (NO) metabolites and serum creatinine (Cr) were detected, and histological changes were observed in all the groups. Results The serum levels of NO metabolites in the IP group and the IP+I/R group were higher than those in the I/R group and the control group (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the IP group and the IP+I/R group. Conclusion The decrease of the serum NO level would result in renal ischemia function impairment, and this suggests that NO is one of the important factors in the machemism of ischemia preconditioning. The increase of the serum NO level can protect renal function from impairment.
