| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲状腺激素受体（T3R）与中医阴虚，阳虚辨证关系。方法：采用半定量RT－PCR法检测10例阴虚（甲亢）和10例阳虚（甲减）患外周血白细胞中T3R各亚型mRNA表达水平。结果：（1）阴虚患T3Rα1，T3Rα2，T3Rβ2，mRNA表达降低，T3Rβ1mRNA变化不大；阳虚患T3Rα1，T3Rα2mRNA表达升高，T3Rβ2mRNA有升高倾向，T3Rβ1mRNA变化不大；（2）阴虚患T3RmRNA降低，阳虚患T3RmRNA升高，结论：在外周血白细胞中，T3RmRNA各亚型表达与阴／阳虚（甲功状态）密切相关。
