| 摘 要： | 目的研究探讨螺旋CT扫描在急性胰腺炎诊断及预后评估中的应用价值,为临床选择恰当的治疗方案提供理论依据。方法对我院46例经临床和手术明确诊断的急性胰腺炎CT征象进行分析评价,并进行CT分级。结果46例急性胰腺炎病例中,42例首次扫描诊断为急性胰腺炎,1例在复查CT扫描时确诊为急性胰腺炎,3例在首次及复查时CT均表现为正常。40例A、B、C级患者,经非手术治疗全部治愈;6例D、E级患者,其中4例非手术治疗,2例行手术治疗,预后均较好。结论CT扫描是诊断急性胰腺炎的重要方法,它不仅可以发现并发症,而且还可以准确地进行CT分级,对临床判断预后、制订正确的治疗方案,降低病死率、提高治愈率有重要意义。
