摘    要:目的筛选检测肝脏占位性病变的最佳三维成像模式,明确三维超声对肝脏占位性病变的诊断价值。方法对48个肝脏占位性病变应用不同的三维成像模式(表面纹理模式、表面平滑模式、梯度增强模式、最小回声模式、最大回声模式、X线模式)成像,对各成像模式的图像质量评分,计算重建成功率,并与二维声像图比较。结果各种成像模式中,表面纹理模式得分较其它模式高,重建成功例数较表面平滑模式、最小回声模式、最大回声模式及X线模式的例数多,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。48个病灶中,三维超声确诊40个,二维超声确诊28个,二者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在肝脏占位三维成像模式中,表面纹理模式比较理想,能够提高肝脏占位性病变的诊断率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the best three - dimensional ultrasound imaging mode of liver lesions, and to explore the value of three - dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of liver lesions. Methods Forty - eight liver lesions were reconstructed by different three- dimensional ultrasound imaging modes (Surface texture mode, Surface smooth mode, Gradient enhancement mode, Minimns echo mode, Maximum echo mode, X - ray mode ). Then scored the picture quality of these images, calculated the reconstructed achievement ratio, and the results were compared with two-dimensional ultrasound images. Results In these images modes, the surface texture model got the higher score and achievement ratio. There was significant differences among different imaging modes( P 〈 0.05). In 48 liver lesions, 40 of them were confirmed by three - dimensional ultrasound, 28 of them were confirmed by two - dimensional ultrasound, there was significant difference between two groups( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The surface texture three - dimensional ultrasound imaging mode is an ideal mode of liver lesions, it can improve the diagnostic accuracy of liver lesions.
