自控镇痛泵健康教育指导标准的设计与探讨

目的：构建使用自控镇痛泵病人护理健康教育指导标准，并对其合理性及可操作性进行探讨。方法：根据使用自控镇痛泵病人健康教育的需求，参照美国ISO9000质量管理体系的框架，分5个步骤构建自控镇痛泵病人术前、术后健康教育指导标准;并对某省2个地区的438名外科护理人员进行问卷调查，测量护理人员对此标准的认同情况。结果：98%的护士认为此标准内容完整，对临床有指导作用;97%的护士认为此标准实用性和可操作性强;96%的护士认为该标准能有效地控制健康教育质量。结论：本指导标准对健康教育的临床指导、质量管理、目标控制具有重要的积极作用，提高了使用自控镇痛泵病人的满意度。

The design and explore of health education standard to PCA patients
