| 摘 要： | 研究发病率很高的静脉疾病患肢中淋巴系统的改变及静脉与淋巴两大系统之间的关系。对２３例伴有肢体水平或静脉性溃疡的静脉曲张患者，经下肢顺行静脉造影明确静脉病变类型，进一步作直接或间接淋巴造影检查了解淋巴系统改变。

| Abstract: | We mainly studied on the lymphatic system and relationship between venous system in the limbs and venous diseases.Materials and Methods:23 cases with venous ulcer or edema on lower limbs,classified by ascending venography,were examined by direct or indirect lymphographic examination.Results:We had found some abnormalities(dilated and tortuous collects,extravasation,reflux,etc)in lymphatic system which belongs to the reflux system like venous system,Conclusion:These abnormal menifestations had close relationship with the degree and duration of venous diseases in low limbs. |
