| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨提高早期前列腺癌诊断率的方法。方法：回顾性分析1999－2001年术前诊断为良性前列腺增生（BPH）患者103例的临床资料，均常规施行PSA、TRUS或DRE检查，对可疑患者施行前列腺穿刺活检，并全部施行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术。结果：从103例患者中检出前列腺偶发癌15例，占手术总数的14.6%。经临床分期均为Jewett A期肿瘤。结论：开放手术治疗BPH可提高前列腺癌的检出率。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To improve the diagnosis of early prostate cancer.Methods:The records of 103 men with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent open prostatectomy between January 1999 and December 2001 were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Prostate cancer was detected in 15 of 103 men ( 14.6 %), all of which were clinical stage A tumour. Conclusions:Open prostatectomy is useful in improving the detection of early prostate cancer. |
