大型综合医院手术切口感染调查

目的观察不同方法控制手术切口感染的效果,为降低医院手术切口感染提供依据。方法采样回顾性调查和前瞻性监测方法,对本医院手术切口医院感染发生情况及其控制效果进行了调查。结果连续5年共监测手术患者4688例,其中57例发生手术切口医院感染,总感染率为1.22%,感染率呈逐年下降趋势。男性患者手术切口感染率明显高于女性。引起肝移植手术切口感染的病原菌以真菌为主,占76%。手术切口感染II类切口最为严重。结论该医院外科手术切口感染率低于国内平均水平,重点科室手术切口感染率呈逐年下降趋势。

SURVEY ON INFECTIONS OF SURGICAL INCISIONS IN LARGE GENERAL HOSPITAL

Objective To investigate effects of different methods in preventing infections of postoperative incisions. Methods The incidence rate and preventive effects of nosocomial infections of postoperative incisions were studied by retrospective survey and prospective monitoring methods. Results Totally 4 688 cases were monitored in 5 years,and the postoperative incision infection rate was 1.22% (57/4 688). There was an falling tendency in the postoperative incision infection rate. The postoperative incision infection rate of male cases was significantly higher than that of female cases. The postoperative incision infections of liver transplantation were mainly caused by fungus,which accounted for 76%. Conclusion The postoperative incision infection rate in hospital investigated was lower than the average level of the whole country. The infection rate of the key departments has taken on an falling tendency year after year.
