| 摘 要： | 目的：浅谈重型创伤性血气胸患者的急救与护理配合。方法：对38例重型创伤性血气胸患者根据病情采用胸腔穿刺、胸腔闭式引流等治疗。护理人员配合医师积极进行救治，包括保持呼吸道通畅、及时纠正休克、迅速排除积血积气。严密观察病情，做好胸腔闭式引流、疼痛及并发症的护理。结果：38例创伤性血气胸患者经治疗和精心护理，36例痊愈。2例死亡。结论：积极地抢救及严密地观察和精心护理是创伤性血气胸患者痊愈的重要保证。
