茴拉西坦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者记忆障碍的临床研究

目的　探讨单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎 (HSE)患者的记忆功能及茴拉西坦 (商品名 :阿尼西坦 )治疗其记忆障碍的疗效。方法　分别对 4 0例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者及 30例健康人进行临床记忆量表评分 ,并将 4 0例HSE患者随机分为两组 ,每组 2 0例 ,分别采用阿尼西坦 +常规治疗和常规治疗 ,疗程 3周。治疗前后进行临床记忆量表评定。结果　HSE患者存在记忆障碍 ,与健康人相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阿尼西坦组对HSE患者记忆障碍的疗效显著优于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　HSE患者普遍存在记忆障碍 ,阿尼西坦能有效改善其记忆功能

Effect of aniracetam on memory disorders of herpes simplex virus encephalitis'patients

Objective To investigate the memory disorders of the herpes simplex virus encephalitis(HSE)patients and the effects of aniracetam on memory disorders. Methods Forty HSE patients and 30 healthy people were assessed by clinical memory scales respectively.And the 40 HSE patients were subdivided randamly into two groups,20 patients each received respectively aniracetam plus routine treatment or routine treatment for three weeks. Clinical memory scale was conducted before and after the treatment. Results The HSE patients had memory disorder and had significant difference as contrasted to healthy people (P< 0.05 ). The patients received treatment for 3 weeks by aniracetam and routine treatment showed much better effects than those of routine treatment(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion The HSE patients generally had memory disorders, aniracetam could effectively improve their memory functions.
