摘    要:目的分析大连地区鼠携带汉坦病毒(HV)情况及基因特征。方法用间接免疫荧光方法检测大连地区2012年采集的鼠肺,用特异性引物扩增阳性标本中M基因片段,测序后进行生物信息学分析,构建系统进化树,以明确其型别和亚型。结果检测鼠肺188份,其中黑线姬鼠3份,褐家鼠185份,检出HV抗原阳性6份,阳性率为3.19%。所携带的病毒均为汉城型病毒(SEOV),S3亚型。结论大连地区鼠携带HV呈地区聚集性分布,并且可能存在除S3外的其他亚型,后续应系统、连续地开展HV的分子流行病学研究以进一步明确其亚型及分布。

Analysis on Genetic Characteristic Hantavirus Carrying by Rats,Dalian City, 2012

Abstract:Objective To analyze the genetic characteristic and distribution of Hantavirus in Dalian city. Methods Rats were collected from Dalian in 2012 and Hantavirus in the lungs were detected by RTPCR method. M segments of positive samples were amplified and sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis was used for genotyping. Results There were 188 rat lungs(3 were Apodemus agrarius, 185 were sewer rat) were detected,6 HV were positive and the positive rate of rat- tus in Dalian area of HV was 3.19 % ,carrying the virus were Seoul virus (SEOV) ,and S3 subtype. Conclusion HV of Dalian shows the regional distribution of aggregation,and there may be other subtypes addition to S3. The molecular epi- demiological studies of HV should be systematically performed to further clarify its subtypes and distribution.
