Pancreatic pseudocysts: treated with dual drainage. |

| Abstract: | Four patients with retrogastric pancreatic pseudocysts were successfully treated by the combined placement of a transgastric external drain and a cystogastric stent. We describe the advantages of using external transgastric drainage along with the cystogastric stent. |
