| 摘 要： | 本文报告了经外科手术切除、病理证实的胃平滑肌母细胞瘤7例。结合复习文献,分析了临床误诊原因,提出了临床和病理诊断及鉴别诊断要点,并对该病的组织发生、治疗原则和影响预后的有关因素进行了分析讨论。

| Abstract: | Seven cases of gastric leiomyoblastoma were reported with review of literature.The clinical manifestations of this tumor are mainly abdominal pain(5/7), bleeding(5/7), aneamia (4/7) and abdominal mass(4/7). Preoperative diagnosis isalmost impossible and diagnosis is usually made by exploratory laparotomy. Thepathological findings showed that the tumor consists of leiomyoid and epithelioidcells and that the cytoplasm of the tumor cells is water-clear in varing degrees.The prognosis of the disease is generally good, if it can be detected and treatedearly. The histogenesis of this tumor was discussed and main points of clinicaldiagnosis and differentiation were emphasized. |
