| 摘 要： | 目的 调查铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aerllginosa，Pa)的耐消毒剂相关基因存在状况。方法 用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法对分离自湖北省襄樊地区住院病人的35株Pa菌对胺类(如新洁尔灭)、胍类(如洗必泰)耐药相关基因——qacE基因进行检测。结果 35株Pa菌中19株qacE基因阳性。Pa菌qacE基因携带率为54．3％。结论 多数所分离的Pa菌已携带耐消毒剂基因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the condition of disi nf ectans-resistance gene(qacE) in Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa). Methods The qacE gene in 35 strains of Pa isolated from Xiangfa n area of Hubei province was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method. Results Nineteen of 35 Pa strains was qacE positive,and the carrying rate of qacE gene in Pa was 54.3%. Conclusion A maj ority of Pa isolated has carried disinfectans-resistance gene. |
