卵巢移位及阴道延长术对宫颈癌患者性功能影响的研究

目的评价卵巢移位及阴道延长术对宫颈癌患者术后性功能的影响。方法选择年龄≤41岁的早期宫颈癌患者42例，研究组（20例）行Ⅲ型宫颈癌根治术＋一侧（或双侧）卵巢移位术＋腹膜代阴道延长术，对照组（22例）行Ⅲ型宫颈癌根治术。术前及术后3、6个月进行问卷调查，对比分析阴道长度及性功能的变化。结果术后3、6个月，研究组患者阴道长度均长于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P=0．000）。随访至术后6个月，研究组患者性功能与术前相比无明显改变，对照组患者性功能障碍持续存在，与术前相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组患者性生活质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卵巢移位和阴道延长术可明显改善宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量，使其保持正常的生活及心理状态。

Study of sex function after ovarian transposition and neovaginal reconstruction in radical surgery of cervical cancer

Objective To evaluate the sexual function change after ovarian transposition and neovaginal reconstruction in radical surgery of cervical cancer in young female patients. Methods Forty-two patients of cervical cancer in early-stage were divided into 2 groups. Research group (n = 20) underwent ovarian transposition and lengthened vaginal. Control group (n = 22) were performed in radical hysterectomy only. Before and 3 and 6 months after operation, the changes of sexual function were investigated. Results The vagina length in research group was more longer than that in control group (P = 0.000). Research group had better sexual life than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The ovarian transposition and vaginal lengthened during radical hysterectomy helps improve sexual function in young female patients with early-stage cervical cancer.
