乳母膳食营养状况的动态观察

对福州市133名乳母的膳食营养状况作动态观察,结果表明:产后第1个月热能、蛋白质、脂肪、糖、维生素A和尼克酸的摄入量都超过供给量标准(RDA),而其他营养素均不足。产后第3个月,各类营养素摄入量相对比较平衡。产后第5个月,除蛋白质、维生素A外,其他各类营养素的摄入量均达不到RDA,膳食营养已不能满足哺乳的需要。母乳喂养的婴儿呼吸道和消化道疾病的发病率均比较低。

A Prospective Study on Nutrient Intake of lactating Mother

A prospective study on nutrient intake of lactating Mother was performed at 9 districts in Fuzhou city during of February to June in 1991,The results revealed that amount of calolie, protein, fat carbo- hydrate,vitamin A and niacin that were ingested by the mothers during the first month after delivery was more than the RDA; whereas the others were insufficient. All kinds of nutrition were taken in rela- tive balance at the third month, but complement of Zinc and Vit B is needed. Dietary components in- geoted by the lactating mothers did not meet satisfactorily their physiololgical requirement during the fifth month. Thus,all nutritional elements but protein and Vit A were less than the RDA. The lactating mothers having nutritional knowledge will greatly affect their dietary component. There was a lower in- cidence of respiratory and alimentary diseases in the breast feeding babies.
