白桦提取物对大鼠下丘脑组织中5-HT含量的影响*

摘    要:目的:研究白桦提取物对酵母致大鼠发热的影响及对下丘脑组织中5-HT含量的影响。为其解热降温机理作用提供依据。方法:用荧光分光光度计在480nm/365nm处测定5-HT含量。单位以每mg鲜脑组织含5-HT的ng数表示。结果:酵母模型组大鼠体温及正丘脑组织中5-HT含量均明显高于正常对照组,给药组大鼠给予白桦提取物后1h体温显著下降,正丘脑组织中5-HT含量亦明显降低。讨论:本实验结果显示:白桦提取物对酵母致发热大鼠有明显的解热作用,其解热作用与影响体温调节中枢介质5-HT的含量有关。

Abstract:Objective:That study effect of BPS extract on in febrile rats induced by zymonsa and on 5- HT in hypothalamus of rats,provide a scientific evidence for the antipyretic and follwing effects mechanism. Method:A method with fluorospectrophotometry was established for the detemination of 5 - HT.The excitation wavelength was 365nm,the emission wavelength was 480nm.Result:The temperature and content 5 -HT in Hypothalamus of rats in model group are all higher than those in control group.The temperature of rats in drug -given group fall remarkably after being given drug lhour 5-HT in Hypothalamus fall remarkably also. Conclusion:BPS extract have antipyretic effect in febrile rats induced by aymosa and its antipyretic effect was associated with its reducing the contents of 5 -HT in hypothalamus.
