健康教育提高糖尿病病人从医行为的研究

目的提高糖尿病病人的从医行为及对特定知识的知晓率。方法根据调查结果对264例糖尿病人进行针对性的健康教育。结果教育后病人的从医行为明显提高,教育前后比较,P<0.01,差异有极显著性意义。通过定期随访发现,病人良好的从医行为不随出院时间的延长而降低。结论实施健康教育可提高病人的从医行为,增强对糖尿病特定知识的认识,改变不良的生活方式,使血糖维持在稳定状态。

Study on the Improvement of Medical Compliant Behavior by Healthy Education in Diabetic Patients

Objective To improve the medical compliant behavior of the patients with diabetic and witting rate to special knowledge. Methods In terms of investigations, Two hundred and sixty-four cases of diabetic received healthy education. Results After education,the medical compliant behaviors were obviously improved with the difference being significant (P<0.01).Regular follow-up revealed that good medical compliant behaviors han been not changed after leaving hospital. Condusion Healthy education can improve the medical compliant behaviors, ibe good at learning the special knowledge about diabetes, changing their bad living habits and maintaining the blood glucose level at a stable state.
