芦荟用于预防放射性皮肤损伤的观察

目的观察新鲜芦荟对放射性皮肤损伤的预防和控制效果.方法直线加速器放疗的69例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组35例和观察组34例.观察组放疗前将新鲜芦荟汁外涂在照射野皮肤上,对照组不使用任何方法预防保护.两组放疗后,照射野皮肤按WHO对急性放射性皮肤损伤的分级标准每日进行评价,并及时记录急性放射性皮肤损伤发生的时间和程度,评价至总疗程结束.数据采用t、x2检验和秩和检验.结果观察组皮肤放射性损伤的发生率低于对照组,经x2检验,x2＝7.915,P＜0.01;观察组皮肤放射性损伤的程度明显低于对照组,经秩和检验,Uc＝2.352,P＜0.001;观察组皮肤放射性损伤的发生时间明显迟于对照组,经秩和检验,Uc＝3.633,P＜0.001.结论新鲜芦荟外用对恶性肿瘤患者放疗时皮肤放射性损伤有较好的预防和控制效果.

Observation on the effect of preventing radioactive skin damage with aloe

Objective To observe the preventing and controlling effects of fresh aloe on radioactive skin damage. Method 69 malignancy patients with linear accelerator radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases) and the control group(35 cases).The fresh aloe juice was applied to the irradiated skin before radiotherapy in the observation group while nothing was done to prevent the skin in the control group.After the radiotherapy,the irradiated skins were evaluated everyday by WHO's classification standards of acute radioactive skin damage,meanwhile the appearing time and the degree of acute radioactive damage in skin were recorded in time until the end of the therapy.At last,the data were analyzed by statistics.Result The incident rate and the degree of radioactive damage in skin was lower in the observation than in the control group(Uc=2.352 P<0.01); The appearing time of radioactive damage in skin was much later in the observation group than in the control group(Uc=3.633 P<0.001).Conclusion External use of aloe can effectively prevent and control the radioactive damage in skin during the radiotherapy in malignancy patients.
