下凳骨骨折坚固内固定268例临床分析

目的：对各类坚固内固定技术在治疗下颌骨骨折中的疗效进行比较评价。方法：单纯了颌骨骨折268例，379处分别采用加压接骨板，普通接骨板及小型接骨板进行坚固内固定，术后追踪期平均5个月，复查项目包括临床检查，牙模分析及X线观察，结果：268例骨折中32鲍术后出现感染，其中9例取板，术后3个月检查，均无骨折错位愈合或不愈合，132列出现He干扰及2例开He。其余咬合关系良好。结论根据下颌骨骨折的不同类型选择正确的坚固内固定方法可以使骨折愈合期缩短，减少或避免颈间固定，早期恢复正常生理功能。

The clinical investigation on the internal rigid fixation for the man dibular fractures of 268 cases

Objective To evaluate the application of internal rigid fixation in treating mandibular fractures alone.Methods Two hundred sixty eight cases,379 fractures in total,experienced the anatomic reduction and rigid fixation by using dynamic compression plate,universal plate and miniplate.The avarage postoperative following up was 5 months,100% of them were followed.Results 32 cases got infectionn postoperatively.The infective rate of was 11.94% ,in 9 of them,implants removed for healing.No healing interruption occurd.Thirteen case malocclusion and z open bite were found.Conclusion Using different kinds of plates and ticing methods properly according to differet tesions can shorten the healing course,reduce or avoid IMF and facilitate early functional recovery.
