摘    要:目的优选病毒肺炎合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以提取物中的绿原酸含量和绿原酸的提取率为考察指标,L9(34)正交表进行实验。结果病毒肺炎合剂的最佳提取工艺为:药材浸泡5 h,加水量12倍,提取时间30m in,提取次数2次。结论浸泡时间对绿原酸含量和绿原酸的提取率影响最大。该工艺方法简单、实用,具有可操作性。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo select the optimum extracting procedure for Bingdufeiyanheji.MethodsThe optimum extracting procedure was selected with the content and extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid from Bingdufeiyanheji by orthogonal test design.ResultsThe optimum extracting procedure was the drug marinated 5h,10 times water,extracting 2 times,the time was 30 min each time. ConclusionSignificant effect was observed in marinated time.The methods is simple and utility.
