| 摘 要： | 目的探讨女性精神病患者伴发糖尿病时的血糖水平与其临床精神症状的相关性,为做好女性精神病患者伴发糖尿病的临床护理提供依据。方法对2007年1月～2010年6月在我院住院的48例女性精神病患者伴发糖尿病的各期临床精神症状进行观察,检测各期的血糖水平,了解女精神病患者各期临床精神症状与血糖水平的关系。结果女性精神病患者其血糖水平与临床精神症状存在一定的相关性。随着精神症状好转,血糖水平逐步恢复到正常水平。结论女性精神病患者伴发糖尿病的各期临床精神症状：疾病发作期、治疗期、康复期与血糖水平存在一定的相关性。
