摘 要: | 目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血浆内皮微粒(EMP)和狼疮抗凝物(LA)的变化,探讨EMP和LA是否与SLE患者的血栓形成有关。方法应用流式细胞术检测血浆中内皮微粒的水平,ELISA方法检测血浆E-选择素水平,应用全自动血凝仪检测血浆狼疮抗凝物水平,并且分析相关性。结果 SLE患者血浆EMP、E-选择素和LA的检测水平明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。EMP和E-选择素水平升高的患者LA水平也明显升高,呈一定的相关性(P〈0.05)。有血栓症状的SLE患者EMP、E-选择素和LA的水平明显升高。结论 SLE患者血浆EMP、E-选择素和LA的检测水平明显增高,其可能与SLE患者体内血栓的形成密切相关。

Abstract: | Objective To detect the levels of endothelial microparticles(EMP) and lupus anticoagulant(LA) in plasma of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in order to investigate the correlation between endothelial microparticles,lupus anticoagulant and thrombosis in patients with SLE.Methods The levels of endothelial microparticles,E-selectin and lupus anticoagulant in plasma of patients with SLE were detected by flow cytometry,ELISA and automatic coagulometer respectively.The correlations among them were analyzed.Results The levels of endothelial microparticles,E-selectin and lupus anticoagulant in plasma of patients with SLE were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of LA were obviously increased in patients with the increase of levels of endothelial microparticles and E-selectin,and there was a close correlation between them(P<0.05).The levels of three indicators were obviously increased in patients with thrombus.Conclusion The levels of endothelial microparticles,E-selectin and lupus anticoagulant in plasma are obviously increased in patient with SLE,which may be correlated with the forming of thrombus in patient with SLE. |
