产前超声在前脑无裂畸形诊断中的意义

目的 探讨产前超声检查在胎儿前脑无裂畸形诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值.方法 对27 680例我院产前超声检查中发现的13例胎儿前脑无裂畸形超声声像图及引产后尸检资料进行回顾性分析.结果 13例前脑无裂畸形中,无叶型及半叶型前脑无裂畸形12例,叶状前脑无裂畸形1例.无叶型及半叶型前脑无裂畸形(HPE)超声表现:单一原始脑室、丘脑融合、脑中线结构缺如、中线性颜面部畸形.叶状HPE超声表现:侧脑室前角融合、透明隔腔及胼胝体缺如.结论 产前超声检查是胎儿前脑无裂畸形的主要检测手段,对临床处理具有重要意义.

Antepartum Ultrasound in Holoprosencephaly Diagnosis

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of antepartum ultrasound in holoprosencephaly diagnosis.Methods Data of 27680 fetus who underwent routine cephalosume ultrasound examination from June 2002 to December 2007 were retrospectively analysed.Results 13 cases were diagnosed as holoprosencephaly by antepartum ultrasound.There were 12 alobar or semilobar holoprosencephaly cases and 1 lobar holoprosencephaly case.The ultrasoundographic finding of alobar or semilobar holoprosencephaly was as follows:monoventricle anteriorly,thalami fusion,absenct midline structures and neutral line Facial malformation.The ultrasoundographic finding of lobar holoprosencephaly was as follows:anterior horn of lateral ventricle fusion,absenct cavity of septum pellucidum and corpus callosum.Conclusions It's necessary to undergo antepartum ultrasound for the pregnant women.The antepartum ultrasound is an effective method to screen holoprosencephaly.
