重组白细胞介素-3制品的致畸实验研究

为了研究重组白介素-3（IL-3）制品对人体是否具有潜在的遗传危害．本文对该制品进行生殖毒性试验（一般生殖毒性试验、围产期毒性试验、致畸敏感期毒性试验），各试验结果表明，重组IL-3制品对NIH小鼠性腺功能，受孕，哺乳及后代发育均未发现异常。SD大鼠的致畸敏感期毒性试验显示，常规用量一般不会引起大鼠胚胎毒性和后代畸形（外现、骨骼、内脏的畸形）。但在高剂量组10mg／kg／日时（临床用量1000倍），则对胚胎有轻微毒性作用。

The Teratogenic Effect of Interleukin-3 Recombinant

In order to study interleukin-3 recombinant (rIL-3)'s latent heredity harm to the body,the reproductive toxic tests of IL-3 were studied in this paper (general reproductivetoxic test the perinatal period toxic test, the teratogenic sensitive test. The asults showed that no toxicity was found in mouse's sexual function. conceive, breastfeed and developmental of later period. In the teratogenic sensitive toxic tests, the results showled that the routine dose of IL-3 can' t cause rat's embryonal and later period's toxicity,but in the high dose group 10mg/kg/day can cause toxic effect to embryo.
