大庆油田野外作业司机健康状况调查

目的了解大庆油田野外作业司机的健康状况，使其做到“无病早防、有病早治”。方法对大庆油田2416名野外作业司机进行统一项目的健康检查，疾病诊断按照“临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准”执行。结果共检出患有各种疾病1649例，患病率为68．25‰。前10位阳性率分别为高脂血症、高血压、脂肪肝、肾结石、咽炎、乙肝病毒携带、糖尿病、胆囊炎、乙型病毒性肝炎、颈椎病。结论野外作业司机的健康状况值的关注，要定期进行健康检查，必须提高其自我保健意识。

Health Survey of Field-operation Drivers in Daqing Oilfield

[ Objective] To understand the health status of field-operation drivers in Daqing Oilfield, so as to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and early treatment. [ Methods] A total of 2416 drivers received unified health examination, diagnostic standard based on cure and improvement standards of clinical diagnosis of diseases. [ Results] Totally 1649 were detected suffering various diseases, prevalence was 68.25‰. The top 10 diseases were hyperlipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver, renal calculus, pharyngitis, hepatitis B virus carrier, diabetes mellitus, cholecystitis, hepatitis B and cervical spondylosis. [ Conclusion] Field-operation drivers health should be concerned, it is necessary for drivers to conduct regular health examination and improve their sense of self-care.
