数字减影血管造影术引导下银质针导热疗法治疗小关节源性腰痛的疗效

目的探究在数字减影血管造影术引导下采用银质针导热疗法治疗小关节源性腰痛的效果。方法小关节源性腰痛患者48例，随机分为银质针组及注射组，每组24例，银质针组采用银质针导热疗法，注射组患者向腰椎小关节腔及内侧支注射复方倍他米松及利多卡因的混合液行神经阻滞。于治疗前，疗程结束后2周、1个月、6个月时随访，并记录VAS评分。结果与治疗前比较，银质针治疗组患者术后各时点VAS评分均下降（P〈0．05）；注射组患者术后2周、1个月时VAs评分下降（P＜0．05），但6个月时VAS评分与术前相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论银质针导热疗法治疗小关节源性下腰痛疗效确切。

Efficacy of thermal silver needle therapy under the guidance of digital subtraction angiography for the treatment of patients with lumbar facet joint pain

Objective To explore the efficacy of thermal silver needle therapy under the guid- ance of digital subtraction angiography for patients with lumbar facet joint pain. Methods Forty- eight patients with lumbar facet joint pain were randomly divided into two groups： thermal silver nee- dle group and injection group. Patients in the thermal silver needle group were received silver needle thermal treatment, while in injection group received lumbar facet joint cavities injection and medial branch block with the mixture of compound hetamethasone and lidoeaine. VAS was recorded before the treatment and 2 weeks, 1 month and 6 months after the treatment. Results VAS was signifi- cantly lower at each time point after the treatment than that before the treatment in thermal silver needle group （P〈0.05）. Compared with pre-treatment, VAS was significantly decreased at 2 weeks and 1 month after the treatment （P〈0.05）, but no difference was found at 6 months after the treat- ment, compared before the treatment in the injection group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Thermal silver needle is effective for the treatment of patients with lumbar facet joint pain.
