银质针联合梨状肌注射治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效

目的探讨银质针联合梨状肌注射治疗梨状肌综合征的治疗效果。方法梨状肌综合征患者60例，随机分为A组（31例）和B组（29例）。A组接受银质针联合梨状肌注射治疗，B组仅梨状肌注射治疗。分别于治疗后1周和3周及1个月时所有患者均行VAs评分，并按改良Mac—Nab标准评价疗效。结果A组治疗后各时点VAS评分均低于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组治疗后3周和1个月时优良率分别为93．5％（29／31例）、87．1％（27／31例）均高于B组72．4％（21／29例）、58．6％（17／29例），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。各组均未见明显并发症。结论银质针联合梨状肌注射治疗梨状肌综合征的效果优于单纯梨状肌注射治疗。

Efficacy of silver needle acupuncture combined with piriformis injection for patients with piriformis syn- drome

Objective To investigate the effects of silver needle acupuncture combined with piriformis injection on patients with piriformis syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with piriformis syndrome were randomly divided into group A （31 cases） and group B （29 cases）. Patients received the treatment of silver needle acupuncture combined with piriformis injection in group A, while in group B only received piriformis injection. VAS was recorded and the effects were evaluated by modi- fied MacNah method at 1 week, 3 weeks and 1 month after the treatment in two groups, Results VAS was significantly lower in group A than that in group B at each time points after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The rates of excellent and good effects were significantly higher in group A than that in group B respectively at 3 weeks 93.5% （29/31 cases） vs 72.4% （21/29 cases） and 1 month 87.1% （27/31 cases） vs 53.6% （17/29 cases） after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of silver needle acupuncture combined with piriformis injection on piriformis syndrome is superior to that of piriformis injection alone.
