椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

目的 探讨椎间孔镜下髓核摘除手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 经保守治疗无效的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,行椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术.于术后各时点记录VAS评分及Oswestry功能障碍评分（ODI评分）,于术后1年时行MacNab疗效评价.结果 术后各时点VAS评分和ODI指数均低于术前（P＜0.05）;术后1年时优效、良效、可效分别为66、28、6例,优良率为94.0％（94/100例）.结论 椎间孔镜下髓核摘除手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切.

Efficacy of nucleus pulposus removal via percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To explore the efficacy of nucleus pulposus removal via percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy for the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and invalid conservative treatment were received nucleus pulposus removal via percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy, VAS and Oswestry disability index （ODI） were recorded at each time points after the treatment. Results VAS and ODI were significantly lower at each time points after the treatment than those before the treatment （P~0.05）. There were 66, 28, and 6 cases with excellent effect, good effect and poor effect respectively. The effective and good rate was 94.0% （94/100 cases） at 1 year postoperatively. Conclusion The method of nucleus pulposus removal via percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy is effective for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
