射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

目的观察射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者112例，在CT引导下行射频热凝靶点消融术。于术前、术后1、3、6、12个月时用JOA腰腿痛评分系统进行疗效评价。结果与术前比较，术后各时点JOA腰腿痛评分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后1、3、6、12个月疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后12个月时优良率为86．6％（97／112例），总有效率为92．9％（104／112例）。结论射频热凝靶点消融术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation for the treatment of patients with lum- bar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To observe the efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation for the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hun- dred and twelve patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were received radiofrequeney ther- moeoagulation and target ablation under the guidance of CT. JOA scores were recorded before and 1, 3, 6, 12 months after the treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatment, JOA score was signifi- cantly lower at each time points after the treatment （P〈0.05）. No difference was found in the effi- cacy at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after the treatment （P〉0.05）. The excellent and good effect rate was 86.6% （97/112 cases）, the total effective rate was 92.9% （104/112 cases） at 12 months after the treatment. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
