| 摘 要： | 目的观察骶管注射联合椎旁阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者60例随机分为电针组和阻滞组，电针组选取腰椎夹脊穴、风市、悬钟、丘墟等穴位进行电针治疗，阻滞组进行骶管注射联合椎旁阻滞治疗。治疗结束后8周进行疗效评定。结果阻滞组总有效率86．7％（26／30例）高于电针组的总有效率70．0％（21／30例），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论骶管注射联合椎旁阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of sacral canal injection combined with paraver- tebral block in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group and block group. Patients were re- ceived electro-acupuncture at Jiaji （EX-B2）, Fengshi （GB 31）, Xuanzhong （GB 39）, Qiuxu （GB 40）, and others points in electro-acupuncture group; Patients were received sacral canal injection and paravertebral block in block group. The efficacy was evaluated at 8 weeks after the treatment. Re- suits The total effective rate of block group was 86.7% （26/30 cases）, which was significantly higher than that of electro-acupuncture group 70.0% （21/30 cases）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sacral canal injection combined with paravertebral block is effective for the treatment of patients with lum- bar intervertehral disc herniation. |
