影响飞行员婚姻满意度的心理家庭社会因素探讨

目的：探讨飞行员婚姻满意度（Marital Gratification,MG)与心理家庭社会因素的相关性，为开展飞行员婚姻家庭心理咨询和治疗提供依据。方法：对238名飞行员进行Olson婚姻质量问卷的婚姻满意度分量表测评，同时对夫妻双方进行艾森克人格问卷，临床症状自评量表，紧张性生活事件调查表及社会支持评定量表的测评。结果：显示飞行员的MG既受自身也受配偶的心理社会因素交互影响，与个性，情绪，生活事件，社会支持，疾病，年龄这些因素均有显著相关性，多因素分析揭示对飞行员MG贡献最大的因素是飞行员配偶过去的一年中在环境，人际关系，法律方面发生的问题。结论：若要有效开展飞行员婚姻家庭心理咨询和治疗，就必须对飞行员夫妻双方的心理社会因素的进行分析。
