| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脂联素在冠状动脉粥样硬化中的保护作用。方法：查阅中外文献，搜集大量资料，经过整理归纳分析，得出结论。结果：脂联素可抑制内皮细胞黏附分子的表达、内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞的增殖、巨噬细胞向泡沫细胞的转变；同时与甘油三酯、总胆固醇，低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白独立相关。结论：脂联素通过参与抑制与动脉硬化有关的炎症反应，以及改善脂肪代谢等发挥其抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the protective action of adiponectin in coronary arteriosclerosis.Method:Looking up and summarizing relevant documents,then drawing a conclusion.Results:Adiponectin could suppress expression of endothelial cell adherence factor,proliferation of endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell,transformation of macrophages to foam cells.In addition,adiponectin was mdependently related to TG,TC,LDL,HDL.Conclusion:Adiponectin can reduce coronary atherosclerosis through terminating inflammatory reaction and improving lipid metabolism. |
