慢性支气管炎病人自护行为的调查与对策

目的:通过对慢性支气管炎(慢支)病人在缓解期的遵医行为和自护能力的全面调查,确定病人对健康教育内容掌握的程度,从而有针对性地对病人进行健康教育指导。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对病程在4年以上、8年以下,病情处于缓解期的80例慢性支气管炎病人进行分类汇总。结果:慢性支气管炎病人对自身疾病的认识存在偏差;对健康教育内容的掌握欠缺;文化水平与自护行为存在正相关;自我护理行为知识缺乏。结论:健康教育在首次入院时就要高度重视,在住院期间应反复强化,对文化水平较低的病人应加大宣传力度,以提高病人的自护行为,减少疾病复发,改善生活质量。

A survey of self-protection behavior for elder bronchitis patients

Objective To make sure of the extreme of mastery about hygiene knowledge and the pertinency of health education for chronic bronchitis patients in remission stage by investigation on their following doctor's advice behavior and self-protection ability.Method The behavior and ability of 80 patients of chronic bronchitis in remission stage within 4~8 years were classified and collected by self-design queries.Results There's deviation of knowledge in his disease,deficiency in mastery of hygiene knowledge and self-protection behavior,and there's positive correlation between literary and self-protection behavior.Conclusion We must highly regard health education for first registered patients and intensify it during therapy,especially for those with low literary in order to improve the patient's self-prolection behavior,to decrease disease recurrence and inprove life quality.
